Values & Beliefs
Mediation Focused & Goals Oriented
Stacy has witnessed the inefficiency of some mediation processes, and of some litigation. She has seen some of each that can go on endlessly and be extremely costly. Her strategy will keep your mediation focused and goal oriented. As a mediator, Stacy is certainly not able to provide legal advice to clients, however, her direct experience with highly contested litigation affords her a perspective that most mediators simply do not have; one that greatly increases the chances of a successful resolution.
Reach a Resolution
Stacy looks forward to working with you and your partner or spouse to help you reach a resolution to your family law issue. Whether it is the dissolution of a marriage or resolving custody and/or child support, mediation will avoid the conflict and cost of the adversarial process.
Stacy’s Approach
Siegel Solutions, LLC is founded on the basic tenet that most domestic and family law matters can avoid protracted and expensive litigation when resolution can be accomplished through an effective mediation process.
Stacy believes that the combination of a skilled, talented mediator and proficient counsel yields the best chance of reaching an agreement.
Mediation allows parties to enter into agreements containing provisions that a court may not have the authority to grant. Mediation is not bound to the parameters a Judge is bound to. A mediator and the parties can be as creative as they choose to be.
